there was alot more than
just the Fillmore West
without Chet Helms
and the folks there never
would have been........
this 1968 band have
best been described as
under-developed potential
to go
very much a part of the rich
tapestry that was the
San Francisco music scene
of the Fillmore and Avalon Ballrooms.
Formed in 1966, the
Sopwith Camel was the
second San Francisco
band to be signed by a
major record company
right after Jefferson Airplane
now this is some discography!!
